Pan seared sesame crusted tuna in mango salsa – another true influence of an Asian fusion dish heavily influenced by Thai culture.
In a lot of Thai food, they generously use fruits to cook and in this dish we utilize mango with Asian spices to create a nice salsa. The taste consists of citrus, Asian spices and sweetness from the mango. The seeds give the pan seared tuna just the right texture.
